1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Account" refers to the personal user account created upon successful registration on the raja42 platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

3.3 Prohibited Users

• Persons under the age of 21.
• Employees, contractors, affiliates, or family members of raja42 staff.
• Individuals previously banned or self-excluded from raja42 or any affiliated platform.
• Individuals who have been convicted of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crimes.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Account Creation

To access raja42 services, you must create a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID (KTP).
• Date of birth to verify age eligibility.
• Valid email address and mobile phone number.
• Residential address within Indonesia.
• Username and secure password.

4.2 One Account Per Person

Each user is permitted to hold only one account with raja42. Creating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms. If we detect multiple accounts registered to the same individual, we reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate all related accounts.
• Void any bets, bonuses, or winnings associated with duplicate accounts.
• Confiscate any remaining balances as per Section 12 (Anti-Fraud Measures).

4.3 KYC Verification

Upon registration or before your first withdrawal, you will be required to complete KYC verification by submitting the following documents:

• A clear photo or scan of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP).
• Proof of address (recent utility bill, bank statement, or government document dated within the last three months).
• A selfie photograph of yourself holding your ID card next to your face.

KYC processing typically takes 1-24 hours. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of registration may be suspended until verification is complete. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any security questions. You must:

• Use a strong, unique password not shared with other online services.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.

• Notify raja42 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

raja42 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

raja42 supports deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon.
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay.

Minimum deposit amounts, maximum deposit limits, and processing times are displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method. Deposits are typically processed instantly during banking hours (08:00-20:00 WIB, Monday to Friday). Off-hours deposits may take up to 24 hours.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be rejected or refunded.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be made at any time through your account dashboard. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name matching your KYC documents.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal amount: Rp 50,000,000 per transaction.
• Processing time: 1-24 hours for verified accounts. First-time withdrawals may take up to 48 hours for additional security checks.

raja42 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals or in cases where fraud is suspected.

5.3 Fees and Currency

All transactions on raja42 are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). raja42 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

In compliance with international AML regulations, all deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be requested. Deposits withdrawn without any wagering activity may be subject to administrative fees of up to 10% of the withdrawal amount.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Placing Bets

All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring that your bet selections, stake amounts, and odds are correct before confirming. raja42 will not be liable for user errors in placing bets.

7.2 Bet Acceptance

raja42 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of:

• Suspected fraudulent activity or collusion.
• Technical errors resulting in incorrect odds or event information.
• Bets placed after an event has started (unless live betting is explicitly offered).

7.3 Voided Bets

Bets may be voided and stakes refunded in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned.
• A technical error results in incorrect odds being displayed.
• The outcome of an event cannot be verified.

7.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout limits may apply to certain bet types, sports, or events. These limits are displayed in the betting rules for each market. raja42 reserves the right to impose maximum payout caps on any bet.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 Self-Exclusion and Limits

You may set the following limits on your account at any time:

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the raja42 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and data compilations, is the property of raja42 or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written consent from raja42.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, raja42 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the platform.
• Technical failures, server downtime, or interruptions of service.
• Errors or inaccuracies in odds, event information, or game results.
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to protect your credentials.
• Loss of funds due to user error, including incorrect bet placement or withdrawal requests.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the platform is to stop using it and close your account.

12. Anti-Fraud Measures

raja42 employs sophisticated monitoring systems to detect and prevent fraudulent activity. If we suspect any form of fraud, including but not limited to bonus abuse, collusion, or payment fraud, we reserve the right to:

13. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements.

raja42 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which raja42 is licensed.

Any disputes arising from or related to your use of raja42 services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules. By agreeing to these terms, you waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
